Half Pool (Max of 40 Swimmers) REsidEnT non REsidEnT 1-20 people $135 $145 21-40 people $150 $160 Half pool rentals share use of the leisure pool and deep pool. Add the Lazy River for an additional R$35 NR$45 for ½ hour during half pool rentals. Full Pool (Max of 200 Swimmers) 1-50 people $230 $245 51-120 people $255 $270 120-200 people $280 $300 Includes use of the Lazy River and Leisure Pool. (Does not include teach pool) after Hour Pool & Room Rentals Rent the swimming pool & rooms for your group. We can accommodate groups after the building closes or overnight depending on your needs. Overnights are scheduled on Fridays or Saturdays, these must be arranged a minimum of three weeks in advance. e pool, room, racquetball court use and TV/DVD player are included for these rentals. Overnights are great for Boy or Girl Scout troops or team parties. Rentals after hours are available any night after closing, however arrangements must be made a minimum 7 days in advance of the date desired. During the Months of July and August we are unable to schedule Full Overnights. american Red cross Lifeguarding Learn to prevent and respond to Aquatic emergencies in a swimming pool; victim recognition, surveillance, equipment-based rescues. Pre-requisites: 15 years of age, must pass pre test consisting of a swimming 300 yards continuously showing breath control and rhythmic breathing using crawl stroke and breast stroke; Tread water for 2 minutes using only the legs; Complete the following timed event in 1 minute and 40 seconds: swim 20 yards perform a surface dive to retrieve a 10 lb. object from deep water and swim with it 20 yards to start and exit the water without using a ladder. Certifications are awarded providing all sessions were attended and successful completion of all skill sessions and written exams. American Red Cross Lifeguarding, Standard First Aid and CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer. Class will have ½ hour break for dinner/snack each day, please bring something to eat, or money to purchase food from our food service, if desired. *Class will end on Friday at 7:30pm. ◆ 33037 June 20-24 M-F 3:00-8:30pm R$216 N$228 babysitter's Training – summer is American Red Cross course is designed for youth ages 11-15. Topics include: responsibilities of babysitting; characteristics of children; games and activities; babysitter concerns; participants successfully completing the American Red Cross Exams will also be certified in Standard First Aid and Infant/Child CPR. Course Fee includes Participant Workbook and First Aid supplies. ◆ 33045 Aug. 15-19 M- 12:45-3:45pm R$120 N$130 safety classes Junior Lifeguarding is American Red Cross Course is a fun, action-packed program for youth ages 11-14. Participants will learn about prevention of aquatic accidents, improve swimming stroke mechanics, endurance & strength, basic first aid and CPR skills, how to search and apply for a job and the importance of community service. All days include optional swim time during camp swim, please bring a suit, towel and snack each day. All days include swim time during camp swim from 1:40-2:40. Participant packets are provided. is is not a certification class. ◆ 33042 Aug. 22-25 M- 12:30-3:30pm R$68 N$75 First aid/cPR (ages 12+) e City of Mountlake Terrace and Fire District 1 are teaming up to offer the American Heart Association's Heartsaver® First Aid & CPR/AED classes. is course teaches adult, Child & Infant CPR and use of an AED. is course is a classroom, video-based, instructor-led course that teaches students critical skills needed to respond to and manage a first aid, choking or sudden cardiac arrest emergency in the first few minutes until emergency medical services (EMS) arrives. Students learn skills such as how to treat bleeding, sprains, broken bones, shock and other first aid emergencies. Our warm water, modern indoor swimming pool is available for year-round fun! All rentals include tubes, mats, basketball hoop, water walk, noodles, water toys and lifejackets. Pool parties are fun for all ages and swimming abilities. Leisure Pool, half the pool or full pool may be rented. Add our Lazy River, which winds you around by a light current for additional fun! Adults are required to accompany children in the water at all rentals. Please ask for adult to child ratios when you call to book your rental.
